Covid Lombardy, positivity rate down: 9 deaths
With 52,296 swabs carried out, there are 573 new positives in Lombardy with the positivity rate down to 1% (yesterday 1.2%). Intensive care admissions are decreasing (-2, 57), while they are growing in the other wards (+2, 437). There are 9 deaths for a total of 33,977 deaths in the region since the start of the pandemic. As regards the provinces, there are 175 new cases in the metropolitan city of Milan, of which 71 in Milan city, 67 in Monza and Brianza, 61 in Varese, 60 in Brescia, 56 in Bergamo, 38 in Pavia, 29 in Como, 19 in Lodi and Mantua, 16 in Cremona, 6 in Sondrio and 1 in Lecco.
