SocialCom, “social monopolized by pandemic, boom conversations”

In the last 12 months in Italy there has been a real boom in conversations on social networks. And the lion’s share, among the arguments, was made by Covid. This is what emerges from a SocialCom-Blogmeter analysis, which will be presented on Tuesday 14 December, in Rome, during the ‘SocialCom – Communication at the time of Social’ event, scheduled in the Angiolillo Hall of Palazzo Wedekind in Rome. In general, there were 428.79 million conversations recorded in 2021 regarding Facebook alone, which produced approximately 3.37 billion interactions. From the previews of the report it emerges how the conversations on Covid have monopolized social networks. On the subject in the last 6 months, on the main platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitch, Youtube), there have been 218 million original posts, which generated almost 10 billion interactions (9.98).
