EVIDENCE

In addition, an average of almost 5,620 tests were performed per day, for a positivity rate of 13.6%.

ADMISSION

Between 8 and 14 November there were an average of 53 hospital admissions per day for Covid-19, an increase of 8% compared to the previous reference period. A total of 790 coronavirus-positive people are currently hospitalized, including 54 patients treated in intensive care.

DEATH

Between 5 November and 11 November, an average of 4.3 people died per day while carrying the virus (-21%), bringing the death toll to 33,000 since the start of the pandemic in Belgium.
