The institute of public health has reported 89 new confirmed cases coronavirus during the last 24 hours.
Hospitalizations
In total, 371 patients are currently hospitalized. 24 new hospitalizations have been recorded during the last 24 hours. In total, 67 patients are in intensive care, a decrease of 9 patients over the past 24 hours.
16 684 patients are discharged from the hospital and have been declared cured since 15 march, an increase of 57 over the past 24 hours.
Death
9 675 deaths in total have been reported, either an increase of 13 deaths over the last 24 hours. The death of the last 24 hours, 3 took place in the hospital, 10 in a rest home and care. In this last group, 90% was confirmed by a test COVID-19.
On 9 675 people who died, 49% died in hospital, 50% in a rest home and health care, 0.5% in other residential communities, and 0.6% at home and elsewhere. Most of the deaths in the hospital (95%) of confirmed cases. The deaths took place in nursing homes and care include 27% of confirmed cases and 73% of suspected cases.
