will receive the Buenosairean governor Axel Kicillof
at the Parque Patricios government headquarters, ready to defend the return of the city to an “expanded phase 3” that includes the reopening of shops closed last week, the return of sports activities (jogging and walking) and an expansion of recreational outings for children and teenagers that will coincide with the winter holidays in schools.
The meeting between Larreta and Kicillof – at 9, in principle, alone – will be decisive to find a “consensus proposal” prior to the extension of the quarantine, which will begin on Saturday 18. The Buenos Aires government accepts that the city can establish “different strategies” and believe that it is “prudent” to go slower, but still they are eager to get out of the more stringent phase 1 that began with the month of July.
