The provision that is preparing to present the Minister of Health is different from the extension of the state of emergency beyond the deadline currently scheduled for July 31st. The hypothesis under consideration by the government is to extend the state of emergency to 31 October instead of the end of the year.

Extend state of emergency to October 31st
The government plans to extend the state of emergency to October 31st instead of the end of the year.
