Since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, 169,396 cases of positivity have been recorded in Emilia Romagna, 1,427 more than yesterday, out of a total of 18,360 swabs performed in the last 24 hours. The percentage of new positives on the number of swabs made since yesterday is 7.8%.
The control and prevention activity continues: of the newly infected, 590 are asymptomatic identified as part of the regional contact tracing and screening activities. 468 serological tests and 9,412 rapid swabs were also performed.
The contagion situation in the provinces sees Bologna with 241 new cases, Ravenna (237) and Modena (190); followed by Rimini (153), Reggio Emilia (139), Piacenza (124), Ferrara (121), Parma (92). Then the territory of Forlì (56), then Cesena (47) and finally Imola (27).
Active cases are 56,057 (-755 compared to yesterday). Of these, 53,186 people (-807) are in isolation at home, 94.9% of the total. There are 69 new deaths: 4 in Piacenza (two women, respectively 68 and 86 years old, and two men aged 73 and 77), 3 in the province of Parma (a single woman of 84 and two men of 84 and 89 years ); 6 in the Modena area (two women aged 87 and 97 and 4 men, respectively 71, 80, 84, 87 years old); 21 in the province of Bologna (14 women – aged 70 and 73, two of 82, one of 83, one of 86, two of 88, one of 91, one of 93, one of 94, two of 95, and one of 96 years – and 7 men: of 73, 79, 80, 82, 91 years and two of 95 years); 5 in Imola (two women, respectively 80 and 85 years old, and three men aged 82, 88 and 90); 9 in the Ferrara area (5 women aged 81, 86, two aged 89 and one aged 90; 4 men aged 70, 80, 81, 88); 10 in the province of Ravenna (7 women – aged 65, 67, 81, 90, two aged 93 and one aged 96 – and 3 men, respectively 80, 81 and 86 years old); 4 in Forlì-Cesena (one woman of 86 years and 3 men, of 59, 67 and 94 years); 6 in Rimini (3 women aged 89, 90 and 92 and 3 men aged 79, 84 and 91, in addition to the death of a 74-year-old man residing in another region). No deaths in the province of Reggio Emilia.
In total, 7,683 deaths in the region since the beginning of the epidemic.
There are 230 patients admitted to intensive care (+9 compared to yesterday), 2,641 those in the other Covid departments (+43).
On the territory, patients admitted to intensive care are distributed as follows: 12 in Piacenza (+1 compared to yesterday), 15 in Parma (+1 compared to yesterday), 21 in Reggio Emilia (+3 compared to yesterday), 50 in Modena (-2), 46 in Bologna (unchanged), 11 in Imola (unchanged), 26 in Ferrara (+1 compared to yesterday), 22 in Ravenna (+1 since yesterday), 5 in Forlì (+ 1 since yesterday), 3 in Cesena (unchanged) and 19 in Rimini (+3).
The healed are 2,113 more than yesterday and reach 105,656.
These are the cases of positivity in the area since the beginning of the epidemic: 15,358 in Piacenza (+124 compared to yesterday, of which 89 symptomatic), 12,899 in Parma (+92, of which 60 symptomatic), 23,078 in Reggio Emilia (+139 , of which 51 symptomatic).
Since the beginning of the epidemic Modena has reached 30,513 Modena (+190, of which 147 symptomatic). 23,229 people have been healed. 8 cases and 0 deaths today in Carpi.
