Since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, 210,442 positive cases have been recorded in Emilia Romagna, 1,208 more than yesterday, out of a total of 21,825 swabs performed in the last 24 hours. The percentage of new positives on the number of swabs made since yesterday is 5.5%.
Meanwhile, the anti-Covid vaccination campaign continues: at 2 pm a total of over 129 thousand doses were administered.
The control and prevention activity continues: of the newly infected, 548 are asymptomatic identified as part of the regional contact tracing and screening activities.
The contagion situation in the provinces sees Bologna with 202 new cases; followed by Modena (175), Reggio Emilia (167), Rimini (152), Ferrara (115), Ravenna (84), Forlì (81), Cesena (72), Piacenza (69), Parma (58). Finally, Imola (33).
There are 51,357 active cases (+626 compared to yesterday). Of these, 48,755 people are in isolation at home (+631), 94.9% of the total. There are 219 patients admitted to intensive care, 2,383 in the other Covid departments (-7).
In the area, patients admitted to intensive care are distributed as follows: 18 in Piacenza (+1 compared to yesterday), 15 in Parma (unchanged), 20 in Reggio Emilia (+1), 46 in Modena (+4), 37 in Bologna (-4), 14 in Imola (+1), 26 in Ferrara (unchanged), 13 in Ravenna (+1), 1 in Forlì (unchanged), 5 in Cesena (unchanged) and 24 in Rimini (-2) . The healed are 547 more than yesterday and reach 149,966.
These are the cases of positivity in the area since the beginning of the epidemic: 17,947 in Piacenza (+69 compared to yesterday, of which 40 symptomatic), 14,867 in Parma (+58, of which 39 symptomatic), 28,060 in Reggio Emilia (+167 , of which 69 symptomatic).
Since the beginning of the epidemic Modena has reached 37,358 in Modena (+175, of which 111 symptomatic). There are 30,411 healed. 14 cases and 0 deaths today in Carpi.
