Coronavirus, 1,164 new positives and 76 deaths

Since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, 211,606 positive cases have been recorded in Emilia Romagna, 1,164 more than yesterday, out of a total of 10,436 swabs performed in the last 24 hours. The percentage of new positives on the number of swabs made since yesterday is 11%, since it is affected by the lower number of swabs that are done on Sundays, in most cases on people with symptoms and therefore with a greater chance of positive outcome. In the last 24 hours, 8,629 molecular swabs were performed, for a total of 2,901,428. In addition, there are also 38 serological tests and 1,807 rapid swabs.
Meanwhile, the anti-Covid vaccination campaign continues: 134,000 doses were administered at 4 pm.
The contagion situation in the provinces sees Bologna with 274 new cases, Modena with 200, then Ravenna (107), Rimini (104), Reggio Emilia (102), Ferrara (92) and Cesena (83); followed by Imola (61), Parma (52) and the provinces of Forlì (49) and Piacenza (40).

The active cases are 51,289 (-68 compared to yesterday). Of these, 48,645 people (-110) are in isolation at home, 94.8% of the total. 76 new deaths were recorded: 5 in Piacenza (two women, aged 88 and 92 and three men, aged 82, 91 and 92); 5 in the province of Parma (three women aged 83, 85, 87, and two men aged 85 and 91); 8 in the province of Reggio Emilia (all men: two of 80, one of 84, two of 85, one of 86, one of 87 and one of 90); 9 in the province of Modena (three women – aged 72, 82 and 93 – and 6 men, respectively 64, 77, 83, 86, 87 and 91 years old); 20 in the province of Bologna (13 women – aged 74, 75, 81, 86, 87, four of 89, one of 93, one of 94, one of 96 and one of 98 – and 7 men, respectively of 77, 78, 79, 84, 86, 94 and 95 years); 11 in the Ferrara area (4 women – aged 81, 90, 93 and 94 – and 7 men aged 67, 80, 81, 82, 85, 91 and 95); 10 in the province of Ravenna (4 women – aged 62, 84, 88 and 89; 6 men aged 78, 82, 84, 85, 93, 94); 4 in the province of Forlì-Cesena (two women aged 91 and 92; two men aged 69 and 78); 3 in Rimini (two women aged 38 and 88, and a man aged 77). Finally, the death of a 76-year-old man diagnosed by the Rimini Ausl but residing in the province of Pesaro-Urbino is reported. In total, 9,195 deaths in the region since the beginning of the epidemic.
There are 222 patients admitted to intensive care (+3 compared to yesterday), 2,422 those in the other Covid departments (+39). On the territory, patients admitted to intensive care are distributed as follows: 19 in Piacenza (+1), 15 in Parma (number unchanged compared to yesterday), 20 in Reggio Emilia (unchanged), 44 in Modena (-2), 44 in Bologna (+7), 15 in Imola (+1), 25 in Ferrara (-1), 11 in Ravenna (-2), 1 in Forlì (unchanged), 4 in Cesena (-1) and 24 in Rimini (unchanged ). The healed are 1,156 more than yesterday and reach 151,122.
These are the cases of positivity in the area since the beginning of the epidemic: 17,987 in Piacenza (+40 compared to yesterday, of which 27 symptomatic), 14,919 in Parma (+52, of which 28 symptomatic), 28,162 in Reggio Emilia (+102 , of which 28 symptomatic).
Since the beginning of the epidemic Modena has reached 37,558 (+200, of which 125 are symptomatic). 31,049 have been healed. 12 cases and 1 death today in Carpi.
41,855 in Bologna (+274, of which 136 symptomatic), 6,673 cases in Imola (+61, of which 28 symptomatic), 12,101 in Ferrara (+92, of which 31 symptomatic), 16,139 in Ravenna (+107, of which 32 symptomatic), 7,845 in Forlì (+49, of which 37 symptomatic), 8,915 in Cesena (+83, of which 61 symptomatic) and 19,452 in Rimini (+104, of which 70 symptomatic).
