Rates of new infections continued to rise, and Argentina registered more than a thousand new infections with the Coruna virus on Tuesday, according to “Russia Today”.
Argentina confirmed the high rates of new infections days after the extension of the general isolation measures in the capital, Buenos Aires, the epicenter of the outbreak of the virus.
The Argentine Ministry of Health recorded 1141 new cases during the past twenty-four hours, in addition to 24 deaths, which raised the total number of injuries to 24,761 and death to 717 since the outbreak began in early March.
