AMSTERDAM – If a vaccine against the corona virus becomes available, the government wants healthcare workers and vulnerable groups to be vaccinated first. In a second batch of vaccines, people with vital professions are also vaccinated against the virus. Only then does the rest of the population take their turn. This is evident from a memorandum that a part of the Council of Ministers will discuss on Tuesday and the scope of which is known to NRC.
