according to the current official resolutions of the state of Saxony-Anhalt, which you here can read, all shops that do not serve the supply of daily needs will be closed.
The following shops and markets for daily needs and basic supplies are still allowed to open:
“Grocery stores, pet supplies, beverage markets, pick-up and delivery services, pharmacies, drug stores, medical supply stores, opticians, hearing care professionals, savings banks and banks, post offices, dry cleaners, laundries and newspaper shops, petrol stations, and car and bicycle workshops (…)”
We have defined a large number of preventive measures to which we are committed:
- Increased cleaning of frequently used touchpoints or surfaces such as door handles, escalator handrails, elevator buttons
- Disinfectant dispensers in entrance areas, washrooms and along the shopping street
- Notes on generally applicable preventive behavior at center entrances, guard rooms and along the shopping street, these are: observance of the distance requirements, reference to regular hand hygiene, recommendation on contactless payment, requirements for wearing a face mask, prudent behavior
- Notes on the use of elevators and escalators
- Deactivation of the center WLAN.
- Sensitization of the resident tenants to compliance and implementation of the official regulations
- Regular customer information through notices, center website and Facebook
- Reduction of lingering areas by dismantling seating (if required by the authorities) or ensuring that the distance is maintained.
- The car park is open during the usual opening times.
- The restaurants and the food court are in accordance with official requirements only open for out-of-home sales. Please note that the consumption of food is not permitted in the entire center. Please inform yourself here about the opening times of the individual restaurateurs.
- The adventure playground is open to families and children in compliance with official hygiene regulations! Please contact for more information here.
- The giant slide and the smurf land are currently not in operation.
Our Customer information is currently not open for you.
The sale of center vouchers will therefore no longer be possible in the center from December 16, 2020. Please make your voucher purchases online at the following LINK. Please note that orders until December 17th, 2020 can still be safely shipped. Orders received after that will be processed immediately, but punctual arrival on December 24th, 2020 is no longer possible.
The following official requirements and hygiene guidelines must be observed for access to our center:
- Compliance with the obligation to keep a distance (at least 1.5 meters) and avoidance of gatherings (especially customer queues)
- It is compulsory to wear a mouth and nose cover in the shops and in the streets of our shopping center. A scarf or cloth is sufficient – it is only important that your mouth and nose are covered to protect yourself and those around you. *
- In addition, the mask requirement has been expanded and will in future also apply in front of retail stores and in parking lots.
- Please wash and disinfect your hands regularly.
- Please pay contactless instead of cash if possible.
* We would like to point out that an obligation to use a mouth and nose cover is not mandatory for the following people:
- Children up to the age of 6,
- Deaf and hard of hearing people, their companion and, if necessary, for people who communicate with them,
- People for whom the use of a mouth and nose cover is not possible or unreasonable due to a disability, pregnancy or health reasons; this must be made credible in a suitable manner.
