These and the associated regulations then apply for the following calendar week from Monday to the end of the following Sunday.
– Retail: In addition to the stores that are already open, such as grocery stores, drugstores, pharmacies, garden centers and hardware stores, retail stores can now also be opened for individual customers for a fixed period of time after booking an appointment (so-called Click & Meet). The number of customers present in the shop at the same time depends on the sales area: only one customer is allowed per 40 m². In addition, the operator must collect the customer’s contact details.
– Sport: Non-contact sport is permitted, subject to the contact restrictions (2 households, maximum 5 people) and also outdoors in groups of up to 20 children under 14 years of age.
