After Holstein Kiel and Hannover 96, second division rivals HSV may also have to go into a pandemic-related quarantine. There is a suspected corona case among hamburgers.
For this reason, the second in the table canceled the afternoon training on Monday as a precaution. In the morning, a proactive corona test had positive results in one person for SARS-CoV-2. The HSV did not announce who the victim is. The promotion candidate regularly carries out additional tests on his own initiative alongside those of the German Football League (DFL) with his professional footballers.
The professionals were also tested sitting in their cars on Monday morning. The suspected case was established. Whether the person affected was actually infected with the virus is expected to be known on Tuesday. The next game for the Hanseatic League is next Saturday (1 p.m.) against 1. FC Heidenheim.
With Holstein Kiel and Hannover 96, two clubs are in quarantine, others could follow in view of the more aggressive British virus variant. more

Kiel and Hanover are already in quarantine
Most recently, Hamburg’s second division competitors Kiel, Hanover and Jahn Regensburg had reported several corona cases. Some games had to be postponed. The entire team and parts of the functional team from Kiel and the players from Hannover 96 are currently in quarantine.
Regensburg’s kickers returned to the training ground last weekend after 14 days in the “home office”.
