The incidence and the number of corona cases
The Seven-day incidence according to the Robert Koch Institute in Fürth 115,2, in the Fürth district 83,2 (As of Monday, March 8th). It has thus increased significantly in the city of Fürth – but has decreased again in the district. (Friday: 81.7 and 88.3).
Since Monday, March 8th, the step-by-step plan has been in effect in Bavaria, which provides for openings step by step depending on the incidence values. Since the city of Fürth was still able to show a seven-day incidence of less than 100 on Sunday, the planned easing will apply from Monday. Only when the incidence value of 100 is exceeded three days in a row does the city of Fürth have to reverse openings accordingly.

For the time being, two households with a maximum of five people are allowed to meet again, children under 14 are again excluded. The retail trade is also experiencing a loosening: Customers with an appointment can go shopping with “Click & Meet”. You can find all information about the opening strategy here.
Current cases of infection: In Fürth, 220 people are currently positive, 305 close contacts (K1) are in quarantine. 4586 Fürth people are healthy again. In the district, 181 people are currently positive, 318 close contacts (K1) are in quarantine. 3500 people from the district are healthy again. (As of Friday, March 5th)
Mutations currently make up between 20 and 33 percent of new corona cases.
Deaths: So far 179 people have died in connection with Corona in the city of Fürth and 176 people in the Fürth district.

The current vaccination numbers
In the Fürth vaccination center, which was built on Rosenstrasse in the former Curanum retirement home, vaccinations are also decentralized by mobile teams who, for example, go to retirement homes and immunize residents and nursing staff, now also in two doctor’s practices as well in vaccination stations in the district. In order for the active substance to protect against infection, the vaccination must be repeated after a while.
