They are exposed, hundreds of onlookers watch: In the Chinese city of Jingxi, people were shown to the public because they are said to have violated the corona rules.
At least four alleged rule breakers of the strict corona measures in China have been publicly displayed in a city in the south of the country. The accused were shown wearing white protective suits in front of a large crowd in Jingxi City, Guangxi Autonomous Region.
Videos of the parade were circulating on social media. There the drastic measures taken by the authorities received some encouragement. “Such people deserve it. What if they brought the virus into the country?”, Wrote a user on the online platform Weibo.
