After the state’s corona regulation was announced yesterday, new regulations for dealing with the corona pandemic in Baden-Württemberg will apply from today. The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport also has the Corona ordinances in this context Sport as Music, art, and youth art schools customized. The changes will take effect on September 16. The changes are limited to the fact that the national system of the basic level, warning level and alert level has also been adopted for sports practice and for music, art and youth art schools. In the sports ordinance, relevant regulations from the repealed Corona ordinance on baths and saunas have also been transferred for swimming training, swimming courses and training measures for swimming clubs and associations.
3G applies to the warning level, 2G applies to the alarm level
Like the general regulations of the state, the system in sport distinguishes between three levels. In the basic level, outdoor sports are possible without restrictions; the 3G rule applies in closed rooms. Athletes must then either be tested, recovered or vaccinated. This also applies to trainers and trainers. If the seven-day hospitalization incidence reaches 8.0 or more on five working days in a row or the capacity utilization of the intensive care beds reaches 250 or more on two consecutive working days, the warning level applies. Then outdoor sports are only possible according to the 3G regulation. Access to sports facilities in closed rooms is only permitted after a PCR test has been submitted to non-immunized persons.
If the 7-day hospitalization incidence is 12.0 or above on five working days in a row, or if the occupancy rate of the intensive care beds reaches or exceeds 390 on two consecutive working days, the alert level comes into effect. Then sport, both outdoors and in closed rooms, is only allowed for vaccinated or recovered people (2G). For spectators at competitions, the regulations apply similarly to the various levels. The 3G rule is only provided for outdoors in the basic level from 5,000 spectators or if the minimum distance is not observed.
Analogous regulations for music, art and youth art schools
For music, art and youth art schools, the same applies that these are only possible in the basic level in closed rooms according to the 3G principle. In the open air, with the exception of the special requirements for singing and making music with wind instruments, which still exist in all three levels, these are possible without restrictions. From the warning level, the 3G regulation also applies outdoors and a PCR test must be submitted for the offers in closed rooms. From the alert level, only recovered and vaccinated people are allowed to participate in the offers of the music, art and youth art schools. For public events and rehearsals, the regulations apply analogously to the regulations for sports competitions.
