Why the numbers on the dashboard can diverge

The Covid-19-Dashboard AGES obtains its data exclusively from the epidemiological register (EMS) and is updated once a day at 2 p.m. The EMS is the official register, in which the district authorities and laboratories enter. In the Ministry of the Interior, however, the figures are collected as part of the daily video conference of the state crisis and disaster management in the Operations and Coordination Center (EKC). These figures may include cases that are not yet recorded in the EMS.
