New charges against Moritzburg Corona certificate doctor
She has already been convicted, and now family doctor Bianca W. is being charged again. It is again about hundreds of false Corona certificates.

Dresden. Two months after the most recent conviction of 67-year-old family doctor Bianca W. from Moritzburg, the Dresden public prosecutor’s office has gone one step further. The pensioner has again been charged with issuing false health certificates before the Dresden regional court, now in 349 cases.
As in her most recent trial, the 67-year-old is accused of issuing a large number of certificates of convenience during the coronavirus pandemic without prior examination – blanket exemptions from wearing a face mask, unlimited bans on vaccinations of any kind and exemptions from rapid tests using a nasal/throat swab. The woman is said to have earned 17,000 euros with these certificates, according to a statement from the public prosecutor’s office.
On June 17, the 67-year-old was sentenced to two years and eight months in prison for the same charges, namely issuing around 1,000 false certificates. The main hearing before the Dresden Regional Court lasted seven months and was held in the trial building on Hammerweg for security reasons, because right-wing extremist circles in particular had repeatedly demonstrated against the accusation and imprisonment of the defendants, who consider themselves to be part of the Reich Citizens/Self-Government scene. The defendant denied the charges. The written verdict is not yet available.
On the day of the conviction, the court suspended the arrest warrant against W. and released the defendant from custody after one year and almost four months. The public prosecutor’s office had filed for an appeal, demanding a prison sentence of four years and ten months for the doctor.
It is known from the main hearing that the accused is suspected of having issued several thousand certificates at so-called collective appointments throughout Germany. The public prosecutor’s office was initially unavailable for enquiries.
The Dresden Regional Court will decide on the new charges.
