The authorities reported 148 new corona infections in the state of Bremen on Thursday. 106 of them were registered in the city of Bremen, 42 in Bremerhaven. That is significantly more than a week ago: On March 11, 98 new infections were reported in the state of Bremen, 67 of the cases came from Bremen, 31 from Seestadt.

The incidence values ​​in both cities have been rising for days. For Bremerhaven the value is currently 166.3, on Wednesday it was 141.7. The value in Bremen climbs from 75.2 to 84.2.

The authority reports five people who have died in connection with the corona virus, two of them in Bremerhaven. 58 convalescents were registered, eight of them from the Seestadt, 73 from the municipality of Bremen.

Vaccinated more than 64,000 people in the state of Bremen

So far, 64,083 people have been vaccinated in the state of Bremen. 27,519 of them have already received a second vaccination. 53,354 of the vaccinated people are in the municipality of Bremen, where 22,419 people received a second vaccination. 10,729 people were vaccinated in Bremerhaven, 5,100 of them twice.
