The current corona numbers for Vorarlberg.

688 Vorarlbergers were considered corona positive on Monday afternoon. The seven-day incidence is 314.
As of Monday, 12 p.m.: On Sunday, 117 new corona infections were recorded in Vorarlberg, compared to 205 recoveries. By Monday noon, 64 new infections and 178 recovered were added.

Currently, 688 people in Vorarlberg have tested positive for the corona virus.

The seven-day incidence in Vorarlberg fell to 314 on Sunday. Across Austria, the seven-day incidence is 422.

situation in the hospitals
A total of 18 COVID patients are currently being cared for in a normal ward. Around 80 percent of COVID patients are currently being treated in hospitals for another disease, with corona disease being the secondary diagnosis.

A COVID patient needs to be treated in the intensive care unit.

Of the approximately 6,000 employees at the Vorarlberg hospitals, 35 have currently tested positive for the corona virus. This means that a total of 35 employees cannot work – due to corona – that is approx. 0.6 percent of the employees.

544 fatalities
Another fatality was added on Friday. A total of 544 people in Vorarlberg have died from or with the corona virus.
