In a largely inconspicuous environment, the city of Ochsenfurt has developed into a corona hotspot in the past few days. The Würzburg health department reports 32 new infections in the past seven days. For the city of Ochsenfurt with around 11,250 inhabitants, this corresponds to a seven-day incidence of around 285. Children and their family environment are increasingly affected. Six primary and middle school children tested positive for the virus, once four children from one class are affected, and once two children from one class.
