Corona finds Albert Heijn in Diezerpoort, employees infected

Four employees of Albert Heijn in the Diezerpoort shopping center have tested positive for the corona virus. The foursome has infected each other outside working hours.

The four employees are said to have contracted the infection in the private sphere. Albert Heijn does not want to say when the foursome received the positive result. The GGD is now engaged in source and contact research. The Albert Heijn branch in Diezerpoort does not intend to close its doors or to have all employees tested for the corona virus.

According to recent figures from the RIVM, the number of infections in Zwolle is increasing. Three weeks ago there were two, a week later four and last Tuesday there were ten positive tests taken from Zwolle. It is not known whether the foursome is also included.

According to a spokesperson, the four employees are currently in quarantine and are ‘doing well under the circumstances’.
