Finally cutting and tinting hair again: Many a Hamburg barber shop wanted to serve customers as early as possible and opened at midnight. Like Henry Riehl, who runs two shops called “Bezirk Friseur”. At that early hour, he served several customers in his salon in Barmbek.

“The joy is huge,” said Riehl about the reopening. “Earning money, seeing customers and employees again – everything suddenly has a purpose again.” During the lockdown, he delivered drinks in order to be able to make money.
