Only two vaccinations offer protection
The health department of the Warendorf district emphasized that the protection against corona is 50 to 80 percent after the first vaccination, only after the second corona vaccination there is almost complete protection.
Vaccinations in Telgte postponed
So far there have been 42 infected people in a retirement home in Telgte. There 27 residents and 15 employees tested positive. The corona vaccination was planned for the next few days. That has now been postponed, according to a spokesman for the health department in the Warendorf district.
Nevertheless, all employees and residents should be vaccinated as soon as possible.
