Seeing the situation in the country, he continued to explain that several countries had sent various aids to deal with COVID-19 in Indonesia.
“Several countries such as Singapore, the United States, the UAE, China and several other countries are currently preparing the process of sending aid, some have even arrived in Indonesia,” he explained.
“Some of the assistance received includes PPE, vaccines to accelerate vaccination in Indonesia, isotans to transport oxygen, oxygen cylinders, oxygen concentrators, and several other aids,” Jodi continued.
He also said the increase in positive confirmation cases in the last few days was also due to improvements in the recording and reporting system in the form of automatic verification directly from the examining laboratory. So, the process is much faster.
“In addition, there is an increase in the number of daily tests so that there are more testing targets. However, the increase is in line with the positivity rate which tends to be stable,” added Jodi.
