The coronavirus pandemic has an impact on both financial investments and the credit needs of many citizens. Due to the current Corona situation, seven million Germans need a loan from the bank. This was the result of a representative YouGov survey on behalf of CHECK24. Twelve percent of those surveyed have already taken out a loan and / or thought about it – that corresponds to a population of seven million Germans.

Due to the corona pandemic, a very complex picture emerges when it comes to borrowing. While consumer finance declined in the past year, there are also many consumers who have to take out a loan due to the crisis. Banks currently act very differently when it comes to lending, so consumers should definitely compare several offers when looking for a loan.
