Otomotifnet.com – Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid and Nissan Kicks e-POWER with its hybrid technology hit the Indonesian automotive market when it was first introduced.
The reason is because the two cars carry advanced hybrid technology that carries 2 sources of power, namely an electric motor and a combustion engine.
But in fact the two hybrid systems are different.
Corolla Cross Hybrid uses a parallel hybrid scheme where the combustion engine and electric motor can work independently or simultaneously, to accelerate the car.

Meanwhile, Nissan Kicks e-POWER uses a hybrid series, where the engine is only charged with charging the battery to run the electric motor. Then the electric motor which completely drives the car.
Even though the hybrid scheme is different, they both have one thing in common, namely that they both need fuel oil (BBM) to work.
The question is, which hybrid car is synonymous with fuel economy, which of the Corolla Cross Hybrid and Nissan Kicks e-POWER is more economical?
On the Inner City route with an average speed of 22 km / h, Kicks scored 21.1 km / l while the Corolla Cross Hybrid was more economical at 25.9 km / l.
