INGREDIENTS:

- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Chili pepper powder to taste
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut the corn lengthwise in 4.
- Heat plenty of oil in a pot until it reaches between 160 and 180 degrees.
- Fry the corn by immersion for approximately 4 minutes.
