Corian also distributes points to employers for their employees’ travel

Korean Air has released a special program called KALBIZ that extends and adds to the rights of members of its frequent flyer club SKYPASS.

In addition to the benefits that the passengers receive according to the points they accumulate, the managers can also accumulate more points on business flights of the company’s employees. When your employees go on work and business trips, KALBIZ turns these business expenses into points for the employer who remains in the office or factory. Aggregation rates vary according to the destinations and according to the number of flight tickets. The return is between 3% for a short flight of an employee and 9% for long flights from Korea to Europe or the USA for at least 3 employees.

These points can be used by the employer to obtain an upgrade to business class or first class, entry to Korean lounges at airports around the world, free plane tickets, etc. And all this without the beneficiary managers getting on the flights, but in addition on the accumulation of the passengers themselves.

For this purpose, the Korean Air KALBIZ website was launched, which is a separate website from the Korean Air website (WWW.KOREANAIR.COM) and has a different accessibility policy than the Korean Air website.

The fine print: only companies that employ at least 3 employees who often travel the world can join. The points accumulated in this framework expire after 5 years. Travel agents and consolidators are not allowed to join the program, nor are companies that have a Preferred Carrier Agreement with Korean Air.

Korean Air is represented in Israel by Maman Aviation, managed by Ofer Reinhardt, through whose office Israeli employers can also join the new KALBIZ program.
