A woman died this Monday after staying two weeks in a coma, after fall off his bike while trying to dodge a soccer ball.

Victoria Irusta, 34 years old, had suffered an accident on January 21 in Villa María, Córdoba, when he was driving at night and a soccer ball was crossed and ended up crashing. Since then, she has been admitted to the intensive care ward at the city’s Pasteur regional hospital.

The woman had been diagnosed with a subdural hematoma and head trauma, in addition to serious injuries, so the doctors informed his family that his condition was critical.

According to local media, they still could not clarify if the ball hit one of the wheels of his bicycle or if he stepped on it, but this fact caused that Irusta fell immediately and hit his head violently against the asphalt and the sidewalk.

On February 5, according to her husband, her condition was complicated by the appearance of a feverish symptoms and she had to be assisted again with an artificial respirator. This Monday, Pérez published a black poster where he reported that Irusta had died. “The sky is gray with your departure”, wrote.
