Previously Microsoft had Confirmation that Copilot might mess up the desktops of multi-monitor usersr, and since Copilot is now starting to be available on Windows 10, this bug is also coming to Windows 10 22H2 via non security update (KB5032278).

So in the meantime, because of these issues and bugs, Microsoft has recently implemented a security that is basically a guarantee compatibility so that the PC uses the configuration multi monitor will not be able to update to Windows 11 version 23H2.

With this, Windows 10 users with this configuration will temporarily not have the option to update the system to Windows 11 23H2 via Windows Updates, although upgrading manually is still possible.
However, Microsoft also recommends that users do not try to manually update to Windows 11 23H2 either via Windows Update > Check for updates, Media Creation Tools or Update assistant.
