VIENNA. In order to optimally support customers, partners and interested parties in digital transformation, the Cope Content Performance Group started its Digital Innovation Sessions in 2019. From June 2023, the range of knowledge was expanded with the Cope Masterclasses for even more in-depth hands-on tips and tricks for those responsible for marketing, communication and sales. The next masterclass will take place on November 9th with creative director Hana Greiner – register now: Canva: The Swiss Army Knife for digital content.
The first Cope Masterclasses, which have been taking place regularly since June 2023, were all about deep dives into artificial intelligence and social media marketing. What all masterclasses have in common: Face-to-face advice from Cope’s experienced strategy and marketing experts – online and conveniently from wherever you are watching – as well as the latest insights from the respective field, curated by Cope.
ChatGPT, GPT4 & Co. for marketers
What is Generative AI and what does it already achieve today? What generative AI applications for marketers are there? What are the actual best practices for everyday marketing? And how can you improve your prompts to get better results? Cope Chief Strategy Officer and AI expert Nicola Dietrich not only had the latest and most important information about ChatGPT and GPT 4 ready for the participants in the AI master classes, but also gave insights into which other AI applications can really help in everyday life and how this is best used in practice.
“At Cope, we combine (content) marketing from strategy to content production and advertising with the latest findings in the field of AI. To achieve this, our team works every day to filter out those applications that are suitable for marketing from the landscape of thousands of AI offers -, communication and sales managers can be used quickly and easily. But we also want to show the current limitations of AI tools on the market.”

LinkedIn Lab & Canva Masterclass
There were or will be further Cope masterclasses this year in the areas of social media marketing and marketing design: Georg Reimond, Head of Digital Performance at Cope, and his participants explored the question of the right formula for successful B2B marketing on LinkedIn. The masterclass not only covered the basics of LinkedIn marketing, but also showed advanced strategies and techniques to strengthen your company’s presence, properly address target groups and generate high-quality leads.
And on November 9th, the next Cope Masterclass on the wonder weapon Canva will take place, in which creative director Hana Greiner and her participants will immerse themselves in the intuitive design tool, which is already making life much easier for marketers worldwide.
