On Friday night, the CBF released the detailed table of the first knockout games of the Pre-phase of the Copa do Nordeste.
The matches take place on the first weekend of 2024. There will be a total of eight clashes, four on Saturday, the 6th, and the rest on Sunday, the 7th of January.

4pm – Ferroviário-CE x ASA-AL (President Vargas)
19h – ABC x Sousa-PB (local a definir)
7pm – CSA x Iguatu-CE (King Pelé)
4pm – Sampaio Corrêa x Potiguar (venue to be defined)
4pm – Juazeirense x Moto Club (Adauto Moraes)
7pm – Botafogo-PB x Jacuipense-BA (Almeidão)
7pm – Altos-PI x Santa Cruz (LIndolfo Monteiro)
Whoever wins qualifies for the second knockout phase and in the event of a draw, the place will be decided on penalties. The field hosts were defined by the CBF ranking, with the best placed clubs having the advantage of acting as hosts.
Criterion that remains in the second knockout stage, with the games being played the following weekend, on the 13th and 14th of January.
Those classified in the second round advance to the group stage where CRB, Bahia, Vitória, Fortaleza, Ceará, Maranhão, Treze, Sport, Náutico, River-PI, América-RN and Itabaiana-SE are already guaranteed.
