2nd day in this Copa America and 2nd big shock for the Albiceleste! After the game against Chile, Leo Messi and his teammates face Uruguay, who will play his first game in the competition.
Argentina is in good shape and has been undefeated for 14 games now. However, the Albiceleste draws a lot and does not manage to chain the victories. They often score the 1st goal then are joined by the score as on their opening match against Chile (1-1). They still appear to be one of the favorites in this competition with Brazil., but they will need to step up their level of play and be stronger defensively to allow Messi to win his first title with his country.
Uruguay as for it makes its entry in the running in the competition, the teammates of Luis Suarez placeholder image are not in good shape and remain on 3 games without victories including two 0-0 in a row against Venezuela and Paraguay. The historical rivals of the Albiceleste will therefore have to display a whole new level to hope to win and start the Copa America in the best possible way.
