That X-ray center of the Vienna University of Technology offers the implementation of X-ray structure data collections, structure solutions and refinement of data sets in the single crystal area. Furthermore, qualitative and quantitative phase analysis can be carried out for polycrystalline materials. Stress and texture measurements can be offered for bulk samples as well as for thin films.
