The Investment and Marketing Corporation Sachsen-Anhalt mbH (IMG) and Lutherstadt Eisleben have committed themselves to this in a cooperation agreement. The goal of the strategic partnership: to offer a comprehensive service for all settlement and expansion projects of companies.
“We look forward to providing the best possible support to the companies together with the Eisleben business development agency, be it in questions of permit management, by helping with the search for personnel, with internationalization or through the targeted placement of our network partners,” explains IMG Managing Director Thomas Einsfelder. Kathrin Gantz, head of the Eisleben business development agency, adds: “We are the central point of contact for all investors and founders in the region. With a strong partner like IMG, we take the support of companies to a new level. ”
The latest project by Lutherstadt Eisleben is the development of a new industrial area on the A38 motorway, for which an application for funding is already underway at the Sachsen-Anhalt investment bank. For this, the IMG arranged the contact to the Ministry of Economy, Digitization and Science in order to publicize the planned project and to involve the relevant partners for Lutherstadt at the state level. IMG and Lutherstadt are convinced that the cooperative approach as well as the close interlinking of economic development at the municipal and state level is an essential criterion for success with regard to the service quality and the perception of the location satisfaction of investors.
As a next step, the two partners plan to approach existing companies in order to show the entire portfolio of business development and to find the right solution for projects or concerns of the companies together with the network partners involved depending on the topic. Einsfelder: “Whether in the development of new markets or a planned expansion at the location – we are now making our many years of expertise in project management available together with the experience of our colleagues on site.”
