Conditions that the applicant must fulfill:

• The applicant must have Saudi nationality.
• Fitness hygiene.
• The applicant must have obtained academic qualifications by attending Saudi universities or universities recommended by the Ministry of Education, linking the equivalence of the academic qualification for graduates of non-Saudi universities with the Diploma Equivalence Committee of the Ministry of Education.
• The applicant’s study specialty (Bachelor, Master, and Doctorate) must be compatible with the specialty to which he or she is applying.
• The general level of the applicant must be very good and higher at bachelor’s and master’s levels, for applicants (lecturer position).

• The applicant must not have been subjected to any legal regulation related to honor, honesty and morality.

• The applicant must not have been subjected to a disciplinary decision or manual restraint by his employer (if the colleague is an employee).

• Obtaining permission from the employee’s employer in the private government sectors, or submitting a document issued by the Absher system for an unemployed person.
