The President of Faso, the Head of State, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE, received in the audience, late Friday morning, a delegation of Burkinabè and Chinese businessmen.
Present in the Burkinabe capital as part of the Sino-Burkinabe business meeting, the delegation was led by the Special Adviser to the Head of State LI YUBAO. She spoke to the President of Faso about the challenges of this meeting which contributes to the strengthening of cooperation between Burkina Faso and the People’s Republic of China.
“This Sino-Burkina Faso business forum is successful, because its goal was to send a message to the whole world about Burkina Faso’s progress towards its development,” said the Special Adviser at the end of the audience by the Head of State.
For LI YUBAO, this meeting was an opportunity for Burkina Faso to reaffirm, once again, their desire to develop. “In Burkina Faso, we have abundant resources and we have entrepreneurs who are ambitious,” said Mr. YUBAO, confident of a bright future for our country.
During talks with Chinese and Burkinabè businessmen, President Faso expressed that we had to move towards the industrialization of our country. For the Head of State, the development of a country begins with strengthening its industrial fabric. Hence the numerous initiatives taken to strengthen the production and processing capabilities of national companies.
