Germany is deporting people to the land of the Taliban again. According to Interior Minister Nancy Faeser, 28 criminals were flown out to Afghanistan on Friday.
At the end of October 2019, one of the men deported to Afghanistan on Friday, along with three other perpetrators, raped a then 14-year-old girl over several hours in a refugee shelter in Illerkirchberg (Alb-Donau district). The girl had previously been under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
“In two months she will have a child, the child will be German”
The man, now 31 years old, had already served his prison sentence and was arrested by the police for deportation. After his deportation from Germany, lawyer Christoph Käss announced in an interview with the “Augsburger Allgemeine” that his client would return to Germany with a visa. The reason: the deportee was in a relationship in Germany and his partner was pregnant.
“In two months she will have a child, the child will be German. They deported him knowing this,” says Käss about the girlfriend of the deported Afghan. Despite the current entry ban, the lawyer wants to risk “confrontations with the authorities” for his client. “If he survives the Taliban,” says Käss.
