Frankfurt/Main Eintracht Frankfurt wants to approach rebel Filip Kostic after his return from the international match trip.
“We will have a clear and open conversation to build trust. The conversation is much more important than a penalty, ”said coach Oliver Glasner in a“ kicker ”interview about the Serbian winger from the Hessian Bundesliga club.

Kostic had wanted to force his later failed move to Lazio Rome with a training strike and received bitter criticism for it. “Filip deserves a chance and we’re opening the door for him. We all got to know him as a nice, highly professional guy who always gave the best for Eintracht Frankfurt, ”explained Glasner. “Sebastian Rode and Martin Hinteregger also make clear statements from the team that the door is open and that there will be a common future here.”
