Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Suriya and Jayam Ravi attended the function which was held in conjunction with M Karunanidhi’s 100th birthday celebration. Kalainjar 100 birth anniversary function was organized last Sunday.
The Tamil Film Producers Council was also part of the function. But the absence of Vijay, Ajith, Vishal and Chimbu was the talk of the town. When Ajith and Vijaya did not attend the function, the ranks of the ruling party DMK expressed their anger on social media.
With this, Ajith-Vijay fans are promoting the event as a huge failure on social media. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin attended the event in person and there were mostly empty seats.
Moreover, the Tamil media is also campaigning that the Kalainjar 100 program is a failure. Even though Rajini and Kamal participated, there were no people at the event. Many art programs have been canceled. And many other complaints are raised against the complaint.
