Alexandria’s application for participation in the Ukrainian Premier League 2023/24 included 26-year-old central midfielder Ivan Kalyuzhny, who played on loan for LNZ in the first part of the current season.

Previously, Kalyuzhny took part in the Oleksandriya match against Shakhtar (0:0) in the 18th round, which took place on February 26. Subsequently, “Alexandria” admitted that the midfielder at that time was not declared for the club to participate in the tournament, which is why Rotan’s team now, according to the regulations, faces a technical defeat (0:3).
