Although it did not pass since the concert of the Syrian artist Asala, which she performed in Cairo, and campaigns to cancel it coincided with it two days ago, the owner of “Mbqash Ana” returned to raise controversy again by deleting the pictures of the concert, which witnessed a statement from her by saying, “I am Egypt.”

In the details, the famous star deleted all the photos and publications of the party that took place on May 5 on the shores of Lake Ain al-Sira, next to the Civilizations Museum, and was organized by a company belonging to her son, from her official page on the social networking site “Facebook”, and she did not publish any pictures on her page on “” Instagram” or “Twitter”, which shocked her audience and exposed her to criticism that demanded that she be unfollowed.

“I am Egypt”

This came after the ceremony witnessed the presence of Egyptian singer Rami Sabry, who insisted on supporting Asala on the stage by sharing her singing, asking a question to the audience, saying: “I am upset that I said Asala is Egypt! What am I Egypt?

This response sparked a wave of anger among the pioneers and activists of social networking sites in Egypt, who denounced the Syrian artist’s statement.

And Rami Sabry wrote on his Twitter account, “The originality of art, love, morals, giving, taste, kindness, and art. There are no words to describe it. You are Egypt, and you are the Arab homeland, and you are in every inch of our Arab land. We love you and respect your presence among us. May God protect you and keep you away from any evil. You enlighten us.” In your country, Egypt, on 5/5, and I am the first to attend.

This tweet garnered more than a million views, and was met with severe attack from his followers, asking him to be silent and not to include the name of Egypt in his compliments.

On the other hand, Asala commented by saying, “Ramoti, my beloved brother and friend.. on the principle of a beneficial harmful Lord. Unfortunately, I have become accustomed to it since my beginnings today, from people who are low, but their blood is shed, but it always returns to me, love that overwhelms me and tenderness that makes me cry.. Your love is precious, dear to me.” my heart”.

This comes after Asala was attacked during the last period by those who refused to hold a party at the Egyptian Museum of Egyptian Civilization because of her statements, which they accused her of denying Egypt’s favor to her in her artistic career.

The “hashtag”, canceling Asala’s concert in Egypt, topped the search engines on “Twitter”.

The administration of the National Museum of Civilization also commented on demands to cancel the concert of the Syrian star in an ancient museum in the Egyptian capital, indicating that the artist’s concert was not to be held in the museum in the first place, but rather in the Cairo Lake adjacent to the museum, which is not subject to the authority of the museum.

On the other hand, the hashtag # Asala_in_Egypt spread, welcoming and solidarity with the Syrian artist.

The artist tweeted, commenting: “I increased fame and glory in Egypt, and I only added a new love for the great Egypt.”
