U.S. President Biden and former President Trump, who are likely to face a rematch in the presidential election next November, are caught up in the controversy over the judicial risk of their children.
President Biden’s second son was notified to appear in the House of Representatives, and former President Trump’s eldest daughter Ivanka appeared in court as a witness.

Former President Trump’s eldest daughter Ivanka appears as a witness in Manhattan District Court in New York regarding the Trump Organization’s manipulation of asset values.
The Trump Organization rented a post office building and converted it into a hotel in 2013 in exchange for paying $3 million to the U.S. General Services Administration, but is accused of inflating its assets to receive more loans.
The second son, Eric Trump, is a defendant in the same case.
Prosecutors argued they had enough evidence.

The House Oversight Committee, which is conducting an impeachment investigation raising suspicions of corruption in President Biden’s family, notified his second son, Hunter Biden, and his younger brother, James, to appear next month.
The request is to appear as a witness in the impeachment investigation into President Biden.
The Republican Party suspects that Hunter took unfair profits while serving as an executive at a Ukrainian energy company while President Biden was vice president.
It also raised suspicions that the Biden administration blocked Hunter’s prosecution for tax evasion.
