Marco Mengoni’s concert will be held at the Fair for safety reasons and for the same reason, it will not be accessible to everyone. In fact, the organizers have foreseen a limited number of 28 thousand people. “Spending so much public money on the New Year’s concert is inappropriate,” says Marzia Cilloccu, minority councilor and group leader in the Council of Orizzonte Comune.
“There’s no point in bringing the best singer in the world to the city if in the end you have to have a limited number of people at the New Year’s concert,” underlines Matteo Massa, leader of the Progressisti group.
