Mammootty and Jyothika starrer ‘Kathal The Core’ is gearing up for release. The film will hit theaters on November 23. Directed by Jio Baby. South Indian beauty Jyothika is coming as Mammootty’s heroine for the first time. This is also the film where Jyothika returns to Malayalam after 12 years. But while the film is getting ready for release, it is reported that the film has been banned in some countries.
Kathal was banned in Qatar and Kuwait. The content of the kernel is reportedly the reason for the ban. Earlier there were reports that Mammootty’s character in the film is gay. Earlier, Mohanlal’s film Monster was also banned here. Even then the content was said to be the reason.
