MP Paulina Matysiak, responding to the concerns of the residents of Gawron, sent an official letter to the mayor of the Łęczyca commune, Jacek Rogoziński, on August 12, 2024, demanding explanations regarding potential investment plans in the town.

Spatial development plans and new investment
An important element of the case is the issue of spatial development plans. The mayor confirmed that the plan covers the village of Gawrony, and plot 82/2 is marked as an area of agricultural production centers (symbol 3RPO). Importantly, in accordance with the provisions of the plan, it is permissible to change the use of this area for services and industry.
