There is now also a file from the Spoleto Public Prosecutor’s Office on the controversy linked to the disappearance of Hiro, Nino Frassica’s cat who disappeared at the beginning of September in Spoleto where the actor was filming the Rai television series “Don Matteo “, staying with his wife Barbara Exignotis in a house in the center (a reward of first 5 and then ten thousand euros was guaranteed to find the animal).
According to TgR of Umbria, following a complaint filed by the actor’s neighbors believed by his family to be responsible for having made Hiro escape by leaving the door open, the prosecutor’s office investigated Frassica’s wife, Barbara Exignotis and the woman’s daughter for stalking and defamation.
Exignotis allegedly threw stones against their window – according to the Umbrian TgR – which were seized by the police. In several stories that appeared on social media, Frassica and his wife said they were certain that the cat was kept inside a house in the historic center of Spoleto.
When questioned by ANSA, the Spoleto prosecutor’s office explained that it could “only confirm that following a complaint a case was opened in relation to the aforementioned matter”.
“My lawyer told me to remain completely silent” was the reaction of Exignotis reached by telephone again by ANSA.
“We did everything to get him back – Frassica said in a video posted some time ago – molecular dogs, drones, but at this point we are confident that once they return to Rome they will be able to release him”.
Now the family suspected of having Hiro is also preparing for legal actionalways with the lawyer Gentili.
