Exco PSSI Arya Sinulingga The President of Persiraja Banda Aceh, Nazaruddin Dek Gam, was reported to Bareskrim Polri because he was deemed to have insulted ethnic Acehnese. Arya denied committing insults.
“As I said earlier, I never talk about SARA, let alone insulting ethnic Acehnese,” said Arya Sinulingga as reported by detikNorth SumatraTuesday (28/11/2023).
According to Arya, the people of Aceh have mixed with the people of North Sumatra. Therefore, Arya believes that Dek Gam’s statement could disrupt this good relationship.

“Because we in North Sumatra are a family, we are everywhere, we have united each other friends “The people of Aceh, that’s why I’m also sad that Mr. Nazaruddin came as a guest here saying it’s SARA, don’t disturb the good relations between us all here in North Sumatra in that way,” he said.
Arya said former Governor of North Sumatra (Gubsu) and PSMS Supervisor Edy Rahmayadi was also at the location. According to Arya, there were no statements insulting ethnic Acehnese.
“Earlier, Bang Edy was next to me, Bang Andry was also there, I was never there say Aceh insults Aceh, those words never existed,” he said.
Previously, Dek Gam reported Arya for allegedly violating Article 310 of the Criminal Code and Article 311 of the Criminal Code. This report was received with a Police Report Receipt Letter Number STTL/461/XI/2023/BARESKRIM.
